Mud Lab Organizer Kit: Modular Holders for Rig Lab Glassware
Mud Lab Organizer Kit: Modular Holders for Rig Lab Glassware
Made to order: printed for you after you order.
A set of modular holders that give every piece of mud lab glassware its own spot on the bench. Dropper bottles, sample bottles, the beaker, filter paper, graduated cylinders, pipettes, syringes, the JP tube and CO2 cartridges each get a seat, so nothing rolls around the lab. Designed by a working mud engineer.
If you've worked a rig lab, you know the problem. The bench is small, the floor shakes, and the glassware won't stay put. Bottles walk to the edge, pipettes roll, graduated cylinders tip over while they dry, and filter paper ends up under everything else. Then something breaks or goes missing right when you need to run a check.
This kit was designed by a working mud engineer to give each piece its own spot. It comes as six printed modules:
- a 6-cup dropper bottle block
- four bottle and beaker trays that slide together
- a two-slot filter paper box
- a graduated cylinder rack that hangs cylinders upside down to drain and dry
- an upright pipette rack
- a combo block for syringes, the JP tube and CO2 cartridges
Every slot has a pressed-in label, so the next hand on tour knows where things go back.
Every module is also sold on its own. The full kit saves you money compared with buying the modules separately.
- One spot for everything: dropper bottles, sample bottles, beaker, filter paper, graduated cylinders, pipettes, syringes, JP tube and CO2 cartridges.
- Six modules: buy the full kit and save compared with buying them separately, or buy only the modules your lab needs.
- Cylinders drain while they're stored: they hang upside down, with a shallow drip dimple under each one.
- Bottle trays lock together: the four trays join on dovetails in any order.
- Pressed-in labels on every slot, so the whole crew puts things back in the same place.
- Designed by a working mud engineer around the glassware in a working rig lab (sizes below).
- PLA standard, PETG upgrade for field or doghouse use.
