We want you to love every print. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right. You never need to send an item back.

Not happy with the quality? Contact us within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your item. We'll print and ship you a second one. You pay only the shipping on the second print, and you keep the first one. Nothing has to be returned.

Still not happy with the second print? Contact us within 1 week (7 days) of receiving it, and we'll refund the item price minus our cost of business. Our cost of business means our production costs: materials, print time and order processing. Shipping is never refunded. This settles the claim.

Shipping: Customers pay shipping on all orders, including second prints. Shipping is never refunded.
