Mud Lab Bottle & Beaker Trays (Slide-Together)

Made to order: printed for you after you order.

Shallow trays with locating rings for sample bottles, the glass beaker and glass cups. They dovetail into one row along the bench, with a front lip and keyhole tab on each tray.

Sized around the glassware listed below. Check your glassware against these sizes before you order.

• Tray A: three small bottles, 2.41 in OD x 5.2 in.
• Tray B: two large bottles, 3.7 in OD x 9.0 in.
• Tray C: two medium bottles, 2.22 in OD x 8.5 in, plus one glass cup, 2.55 in OD x 1.5 in.
• Tray D: one glass beaker, 3.07 in OD x 4.36 in, plus one glass cup, 2.55 in OD x 1.5 in.
• Trays slide together on dovetails in any order. Each has pressed-in labels and a tray ID.

Single trays

Tray A: Small Bottles (3)

Three locating rings for small bottles. Use it on its own or slide it onto the other trays.

• Fits 3 small bottles, 2.41 in OD x 5.2 in tall.
• Front lip, keyhole tab on the back, and a pressed-in label at each ring.
• Dovetails onto Trays B, C and D in any order.

Tray B: Large Bottles (2)

Two wide rings for large bottles, so the biggest bottles on the bench stay put.

• Fits 2 large bottles, 3.7 in OD x 9.0 in tall.
• Front lip, keyhole tab on the back, and a pressed-in label at each ring.
• Dovetails onto Trays A, C and D in any order.

Tray C: Medium Bottles (2) + Glass Cup

Two rings for medium bottles and one for a glass cup.

• Fits 2 medium bottles, 2.22 in OD x 8.5 in tall, plus 1 glass cup, 2.55 in OD x 1.5 in tall.
• Front lip, keyhole tab on the back, and a pressed-in label at each ring.
• Dovetails onto Trays A, B and D in any order.

Tray D: Beaker + Glass Cup

A ring for the glass beaker and one for a glass cup, so the beaker has its own home.

• Fits 1 glass beaker, 3.07 in OD x 4.36 in tall, plus 1 glass cup, 2.55 in OD x 1.5 in tall.
• Front lip, keyhole tab on the back, and a pressed-in label at each ring.
• Dovetails onto Trays A, B and C in any order.

Material: PLA (standard) or PETG (upgrade for field or doghouse use). Choose it in the Material option.

Care

• Keep away from heat sources (retort, hot plate, hot truck cab); PLA softens around 55-60 °C.
• Wipe with soapy water or IPA only.
